Virtual Consults
How it works
If your dog’s behaviour has changed suddenly — for example, unexplained aggression, house soiling, or any out-of-character behaviour — it’s essential to rule out underlying medical issues first. I may request a clean bill of health from your veterinarian before we proceed, as pain or illness is often the hidden cause behind behavioural challanges.

1. Get in touch
Send me a quick Whatsapp, email or fill in the website form so we can establish first contact.

2. Pre-Consultation Form
Before we begin, you’ll fill in a short but important form. This gives me insight into your dog’s history, habits, environment, and what might be brewing beneath the surface. The more you tell me, the more I can help.

3. I Come to You
On the day of your consultation, I visit your home (within Plettenberg Bay and surrounding areas) to assess your dog’s behaviour in their natural environment. This allows me to observe triggers, routines, and subtle cues that don’t show up anywhere else.

4. Plan & Practical tips
We’ll chat through some practical ideas and steps you can try at home—whether it’s training tweaks, behaviour shifts, or small changes to daily routines. My goal is to guide you in the right direction and support you and your dog as things start to click over time.
